Questions breeders ask us
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your dogs, litters and buyer details are visible only to you. We never sell or share your data, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. WhelpWise runs in your web browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, so you can log a puppy's weight right from the whelping box.
What breeds does it support?+
All of them. Records are breed-agnostic, and you can add whichever health clearances your breed club recommends, from hips and elbows to breed-specific DNA tests.
When does it launch?+
We're building now and plan to invite the first waitlist members into early access in early 2027, in small groups, earliest sign-ups first.
Can I import my spreadsheet?+
Yes. You'll be able to upload a CSV or Excel export of your dogs and litters, and we'll help map your columns so nothing gets retyped.
Is there really a free tier?+
Yes. One dog and one active litter are free forever, with no card required. If you grow beyond that, the Breeder plan is $12 a month or $99 a year.
